-45 minute consultation (What’s done, what’s left)
-Up to 40 hours of planning
-Vendor & Venue follow-up ( placement, delivery and pick-up arrangements of all rental items)
-Assistance with event design & logistics
-Assist with RSVP efforts
-Coordinate remaining activities
-Create event timeline
-Execute set-up and planned details
-One hour day of briefing / walk-through


Designed for our clients who realize that planning for an event requires much more than a thought and the execution requires time and detail. Our team will carry your heart and vision and will provide quality results from concept to execution. This package includes:

– Day of event coordinator, with unlimited phone & email correspondence from day of contracted service through your event day
– Event design and assistance with venue selection
– Organize floor plan/layout
– Complete event management
– Assist with vendor selection
– Negotiation of prices & fees with all vendors
– RSVP management
– Create timeline and coordinate guest accommodations & ground transportation
– Order placement, delivery and pick-up arrangements of all rental items
– Create digital and print stationary (save the date, invitations, flyers, programs, placement cards, signage, step & repeat, menus, t-shirt design, logos and more!)
– Provide music entertainment, DJ and MC (male or female)
– Plan /coordinate event related activities (i.e. ice breakers, team building activities etc.)
– Provide event assistants
– Liaison for all guest questions and concerns
– Facilitate up to 1.5 hours of day of briefing/walk-through
– Facilitate post event follow-up surveys/meetings


Planning is done and the event is here! Our team of professionals will provide up to 8 hours on the day of your event to ensure a stress-free occasion.

-Up to 24 hours of planning/coordinating
-Vendor & Venue Follow-up
-One day of coordinator
-Execute set-up and planned details
-Up to (2) hour rehearsal or walk-through
